High Level Structure – HLS

The High Level Framework (HLS), in accordance with the ISO/IEC Directive (Part 1), is a set of key issues covered by ISO management system standards and will be published in the future.

A conceptually identical structure creates the prerequisites for integrating standards while at the same time simplifying the implementation process:

  • Scope
  • Normative preferences
  • Terms and definitions
  • Context of the organization
  • Leadership
  • Planning
  • Support
  • Operation
  • Performance evaluation
  • Improvement
